What is your worst nightmare? — QOTD

My worst nightmare is being in a storm that leads to a power outage. It happens quite a bit where I live, and I am fearful of unpredictability. On top of that, I am scared of the dark.


What is your worst nightmare?

Getting something like Dementia or Alzheimer’s. Imagining the emotional pain those I love would experience, and I wouldn’t even be able to do anything. Even worse, I wouldn’t be aware enough to know they’re hurting.

A nightmare I can remember as of recently is one where I couldn't save a person I knew from danger no matter how many tries I was given, And being covered in centipedes or spiders

This one was very creepy for me, idk why but my house was burning and all I was saying was "Im sorry" to my mom multiple times, I was genuinely scared when I woke up

my worst nightmare would have to be if i found out that millions of people were watching me in public when i thought i was alone and judging me harshly (oddly specific ik but i had a extremely realistic nightmare about this and i think its the reason i unconsciously check my surroundings every two seconds when im in public)
