Selling it is such a high IQ move tbh, I would do the same and use the money to buy a smaller but cozy house

i'd prob rent out the extra rooms and stuff, i'll make extra bank AND i'll have a nice place... win win! also i'd invite my friends to come and stay with me and hang out there heh... 

for example have y'all seen that news story about a group of women who were in a friend group living together in a huge house they bought together? I want smth like that heh
